April Fly Tying Get Together - Boy Scout Camp Flies

Foam Beetles, Foam Ants, & Nymphs 

Boy Scout flies are on the menu for this month's meeting.
We need all hands-on deck for this Get Together. The flies
we will tie will target blue gill so the patterns are simple and 
small. The scouts go through a bunch of flies over the summer
so tiers need to crank out as many flies as possible. 
Here are a few suggested patterns that work well at Wente
lake.
Foam beetle, ants, small hoppers, damsel nymphs, gold 
rib hares ear, PT nymphs, renegades, Griffith's nats, micro
buggers, Foam humpies, prince nymph............

All material will be supplied, but additional creative patterns and materials are welcome & encouraged. 

Bring what you can and we always share.
